Using your proof book, make a list of the portraits you want using the number on the back of the proof. (For example--- Q9A1120 copy edited-1.  The number will always begin with “Q”.) Your list must include:

• the entire proof number starting with Q

• the size of the portrait you want

• the quantity of that particular proof

• any editing you might want done.(cropping, black and white, fix the hair on the left side of her face…)

When you are ready to place your portrait order, there are two ways to proceed: 

• Email me your list at bhemdalphotography@yahoo.com

• Meet with me face-to-face to go over your order.

All portraits may be ordered in full color, black and white or sepia (brown tone which looks old fashion).

Prior to ordering your proof book, I fully edit each portrait.  Occasionally, I will make slight changes in the final portraits and may ask to use your proof book when ordering.  Please discuss any special editing needs you have when ordering your portraits.

After your order is placed, an invoice will be emailed to you.  Payment is due at this time and should be mailed to my address on the bottom of this page. Unless there is a backlog at our processing company, you should have your portraits in 4 to 5 weeks from when you placed the order.
